In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, all verbal or written estimates provided for motorcycle repairs are valid for 7 days. Final costs may vary if additional "hidden" mechanical issues are discovered during disassembly; in such cases, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
Once a service is complete, customers will be notified via their provided contact method. Vehicles must be collected within 7 business days. Buddy’s Motorcycles reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee of R250.00 per day for any vehicle left on the premises beyond this period.
All motorcycles worked on are subject to a Right of Lien. This means we will retain possession of the motorcycle until the account is settled in full.
While we take every precaution with your pride and joy:

Buddy’s Motorcycles is not liable for loss or damage caused by "Acts of God," fire, or theft, provided we have taken reasonable security measures.We are not responsible for personal items left in panniers or under-seat storage.
